Back to my black and white roots this month!

Back to my black and white roots this month!
We took a road trip to the Southwest. These are some quick edits from the trip.
My Photos for August
I got invited to another photo group that meets on Wednesdays. I met the host many years ago on Deviantart and is onto of those rare people you met online but eventually actually met in person :) He is a prominent photographer and I was thrilled to be invited to join his group. Each week they meet for an hour on Wednesdays and show pictures of a particular theme. This weeks theme was Religion.
This image idea came to me early in the morning. I had a specific idea I was trying to get across, I have no idea if it comes across or not, but would love to hear what people think. Though, lol, no one seems to read my blogs anyway.
I didn’t show the color versions last night, but like them so am including them here.
As usual…
This month’s showing at the Salon.

I’ve been feeling not that motivated lately, but did manage to do some shooting. This is what I showed at this month’s salon.
Again met with my talented group of friends for our monthly photo salon. This is what I showed>
This Month’s Salon photos
My Salon photos for November
I wasn’t sure I was going to have anything to show this month. Instead…I took some photos with my iPhone of the apocalyptic smoke we had here in the bay area.
During Covid times, Devi and I have had a lot of time to shoot. Here’s some samples from our shoots during this pandemic time.
I didn’t have much to show this month…but was able to get some shots of neowise…
The Usual Salon Post. This month I was lucky to be able to shoot with @Crispy_Kimchi (IG) as well as @Googlymonstor.
Covid has really got me down. I’ve been doing very little shooting and as a consequence didn’t have much to show this much. So…I dug into my archives and showed the following photos.
With Shelter in place we’ve been doing our salon remotely, but I’m glad we’ve still been doing it. These are what I showed this month (tonight). These photos are from 8 years ago from the Dynamic Nude Workshop with Kim Weston and Joel Belmont.
